Nestled in the foothills of Mount Helix sits this charming Spanish-style retreat. Our client's desire was to transform their drab and outdated outdoor area into a sleek, sophisticated, and functional sanctuary. The design included a large modern patio cover, a stylish outdoor kitchen, custom windows and doors, updated lighting and fixtures, and gorgeous stamped concrete to complete the look.

The new space is highly functional and large enough to accommodate separate areas for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The covered patio boasts clean lines and seamlessly integrates with the existing home’s crisp, white stucco. Our team installed new Low E black trimmed windows and sliders throughout the home, which beautifully sets off the black decorative metal inserts in the outdoor living room wall.

Recessed LED can lights and an oversized outdoor ceiling fan allows our clients the flexibility to adjust the lighting according to their mood. Adjust dimmers for low lighting when relaxing in the sitting area, or turn them up to brighten the space for prepping food and grilling in the outdoor kitchen.

To finish off the newly remodeled area, we installed a stamped concrete patio, setting off the crisp, clean feel of this amazing space. The transformation is incredible, and our clients couldn’t be happier.
